To say Genshin Impact players were excited to see Arlecchino’s 4.6 release date does a massive disservice to the concept of excitement. Her kit looks as edgy (and awesome) as we’d hoped, and luckily, for many hardcore Genshin players, the character Ascension and Talent upgrade materials for Arleccino are (mostly) farmable right now.
Character Ascension and Talent Upgrade Materials for Arlecchino in Genshin Impact
To start, let me preface this article by saying that Hoyoverse hasn’t officially released a full list of Arlecchino’s character Ascension and Talent upgrade materials, but they were leaked not that long ago. As for what the materials actually are, most you’ll find in the (relatively) new Fontaine region, and others in other parts of the game world.
All Arlecchino Chacter Ascension Materials in Genshin Impact
You can pre-farm quite a bit of Arlecchino’s materials now if you plan to pull for her in 4.6, as the world and enemy items are plentiful across Genshin‘s world. They are:
- 168 Rainbow Roses total spread across the following breakpoints:
- Level 20: Three Rainbow Roses
- Level 40: 10 Rainbow Roses
- Level 50: 20 Rainbow Roses
- Level 60: 30 Rainbow Roses
- Level 70: 45 Rainbow Roses
- Level 80: 60 Rainbow Roses
- Agnidus Agate in increasing numbers and rarity (higher rarities require three units of the previous rarity to craft at each tier)

Of course, you will also need to spend the experience books to actually reach each level threshold. How many you need will depend on what level of book rarity you use and how you spread out their use. In practical terms, you’ll need the equivalent of 412 Hero’s Wit 4-star books plus two Wanderer’s Advice 2-star books.
All Arlecchino Talent Upgrade Materials in Genshin Impact
Like every other character in Genshin Impact, leveling Arlecchino is just one part of her progression. You get a lot of extra value by improving her Talents, and because she has three and they all cost the same astronomical sum to upgrade, expect to spend several fortunes worth of money and materials to get her maxed out. Specifically, you need the following items to level Arlecchino’s Talents to the maximum:
- Order Talent Mateirals in increasing numbers and rarity (higher rarities require three units of the previous rarity to craft at each tier)

These values don’t differ from any other Genshin 5-star character, but that doesn’t stop the grind from seeming like a massive mountain to climb if you haven’t done at least some of it already. Bear in mind also that all this information is based on leaks, so the final values or items required are subject to change.
