Big Fuzz is a new final boss introduced in Operation Guns DLC and is limited to the Neo Galuga stage. It’s an interesting twist to the usual forced ending of your run by the Reaper. If you’re having trouble beating the Big Fuzz in Vampire Survivors, look no further.
How to Find Big Fuzz in Neo Galuga in Vampire Survivors
You can fight Big Fuzz near the end of your run by challenging him in the top-right section of the Neo Galuga city. Around 27:00, you’ll start seeing a red arrow with a countdown that’s pointing in a certain direction.
Below, I proudly present a full map of how to reach the final battleground in Neo Galuga.
- From your starting location, push right until you cross the second bridge.
- Turn down, then after getting off the hill, turn right and then immediately up.
- At the second junction, turn right.
- Above the Wings pickup, there’s a crack in the wall of the building.
How to Beat Final Boss in Neo Galuga in Vampire Survivors Operation Guns DLC
One important thing to know is that this is a 2D fight, meaning you can climb on the walls and ceiling. Just try running up them, but make sure to keep in “contact” with the surface. If you try running toward the middle, your character will fall off. (Sometimes, you actually want this to happen.)
You’ll mostly be unbothered by the powers of Big Fuzz if you manage to dodge its attacks. Here are the things you must be on the lookout for:
- The fiery laser beam coming out of its mouth. Big Fuzz will, at some point, telegraph to you that it’s about to spit some serious fire your way. The fire will go clockwise or counter-clockwise and will make full circles around the floor, walls, and ceiling. You can either try to outrun it or bite the bullet and run in the opposite direction, taking some of the damage.
- The timed bombs. These will spawn around you, wherever you’re standing, and you’ll be given a few seconds to get out before they explode. You’ll see a countdown on them, so this is pretty easy to dodge when you’re aware that they’re coming for you. Basically, never stop moving.
How to Unlock Colonel Bahamut in Vampire Survivors Operation Guns DLC
After you beat the Big Fuzz, animation commences, and White Death (White Reaper) comes to end the run forcefully. When this is done, you can purchase Colonel Bahamut as a playable character. It cost me approximately 41,000 Gold to purchase him. He’s one of the pricier characters in this Operation Guns DLC, but he is well worth it. His movement speed is off the charts, and he is very powerful. You can evolve his weapon, which is probably one of the best weapons in this DLC.
